Usually, a 'grand opening' is one night where you invite local pollies, media, council etc. Bitta schmoozing and shoulder-rubbing.

But we thought that sounded pretty drab so instead we're throwing a party every week in January, and we're inviting YOU instead of the hobnobbery.
