A Sunshine Coast seafood special so fresh we don't even have pictures for you yet - our chef has ordered some whole red emperor for this weekend and we'll be serving it up as a whole-fried fish, seasoned to perfection with crispy skin and served with Banana leaf baked with pineapple salsa, steamed rice & wilted Choi. For $85 it's a big feed even for two, or perfect for sharing with a bigger group, tapas-style with some other small dishes and sides. We'll be back open on Friday from midday, all the way through to Sunday night. Come try this new jaw-dropping special while we have it!
