The Nautical in partnership with Phresh Oysters, Daniel Street Seafood Markets & Prestige Fishing present a seafood lunch with a difference. 

The seasons are changing and so are our expectations of Australian produced quality seafood. 

Let our executive chef Tim Searle & his guest seafood specialists share their knowledge, gathered from years of working with Aussie produce.

Listen to oyster farmers and fishermen who are using sustainable practices that result in quality seafood from your big Australian backyard. 

Learn where and when to source the creamiest; the clearest; the tastiest of oysters and how to get the best dish out of a whole fish.

This lunch puts you at the helm of shucking your own oysters so you can guarantee the freshest of this seafood delicacy is at your fingertips at home. 

Watch the art of slicing fish and get to know what part of your catch is best for your dinner, while taking in how to use those ‘off-cuts’ to create signature dishes that will blow you away!
