Throughout the period of the Curate (side) Plate 2022, the Nautical is proud to offer a tantalising lunch menu for those looking to experience a snapshot of the quality dining experience we are known for.
With some of the best seafood on the market side by side with premium quality cuts, vego delights and made in-house accompaniments, we are very excited to present this 2-course set menu showcasing some of our favourite dishes.
Offering a choice of entrée OR dessert, and a main; this special menu is best enjoyed paired with a glass (or 3) of our fabulous local wines, one of which is included in the jaw-dropping price of just $50.
Fresh Fish of the day Ceviche, with Tequila, Avocado and Orange.
Mooloolaba King Prawns, tempura’d with a sweet miso glaze.
Tempura Battered Banana Chillies
Hervey Bay Scallop and Pork Belly, braised for 14 hours in our master stock, and served with Asian slaw, soba noodles and a Diablo caramel
Tofu fried rice with chilli, onion, choy topped accompanied by mushroom wontons.
Crispy Skin Ocean Trout, with rumbled kipflers, confit heirloom tomatoes, and char grilled broccolini
Top it off:
Local Beer Syrup dumplings, with a whipped Vanilla Bean Mascarpone
Nauti Creme Brulée
